Mary O’Brien Williams is a dedicated and results-oriented HR Professional with many years of experience in human resources functions. A Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organisatonal improvement, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

A highly experienced consultant who is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers employees and maximizes organisational impact.

With a breath of experience across many industries for example, Retail, Construction, Pharma, Investment Banking and Agriculture, Transport and medical sectors, my skillset allows companies to improve their HR function, increase employee engagement and attract and retain top talent.

As a Martial arts master, Mary was inspired to bring her teaching into her consultative approach encompassing this into workplace cultures all around Ireland and so Master HR Solutions was born.
